We offer online services from three disciplines – Aromatherapy, Nutrition and Fitness – all vastly different, but when used together, can be a powerful healing tool.
Aromatherapy is the therapeutic use of essential oils (alone or blended) by a trained aromatherapist to enhance the healing process and promote health of the body, mind and spirit.
Aromatherapy Basic Package
Includes the following:
Initial Consultation of 45-60 minutes
1, 30-minute follow-up consultation
1, 5ml custom blend (includes 1 reformulation if needed)
Prior to getting started, each client is thoroughly assessed and evaluated, in order to isolate any potential causes of ill health. Recommendations will be presented for your self-care, and custom hand-blended products made specific to your needs. We will work together to develop a plan for your continued wellness in a manner that suits your lifestyle and budget.
There is much confusion as to what to eat or not to eat. Balance, variety and moderation should be the mantra of a good nutrition program. All foods can fit, and learning how to balance a busy lifestyle with good nutrition is the key to long-term success.
Education is a critical component of the program – learning the hows and whys to eat is more beneficial than simply being told what to do. Once a person is able to understand and appreciate the basics of nutrition, it will make their day-to-day navigation of shopping, cooking and dining out that much easier.
Nutrition Basic Package

Prior to getting started, you will need to fill out a detailed nutrition / health assessment as well as keep a 3-day food diary. A personalized and customized program that suits your specific lifestyle health needs and goals will then be created.
Exercise is not a fad or short-term solution. It is part of one’s lifestyle and daily routine. It is something that when done repeatedly, brings about good health, positive emotions, and a strong body.
Deciding to change your current fitness situation is the first step in creating a lifelong habit. Whether you’re just learning to love exercise or you’re a veteran athlete looking for that extra push, there is always room for you to grow as an individual and improve physically. Being able to find what motivates you, what drives you, and what keeps you going will be the key to your success.
Fitness Basic Package
Initial Consultation of 60 minutes, which will include a 30-minute health assessment along with a 30-minute light workout.
You then have the option of purchasing 5, 8, or 12, 30-minute follow-up sessions.
All sessions will be via Skype or Facetime
Prior to getting started, each client is thoroughly assessed and evaluated using our detailed fitness questionnaire. All recommendations will be presented and a customized fitness program specifically designed for you will be created. We will work together to attain and maintain reachable goals.
